At AZ Ingeniería we are pioneers in the use of enzymes during the evaporation stage, whose main objective is to reduce the viscosity of the stick water in the evaporator, improving substantially the process conditions and heat transfer, which translates into a considerable increase (12-15%) in the amount of evaporated water, obtaining a more concentrated product.

Furthermore, a less viscous substance keeps the evaporator tubes cleaner, reducing incrustations, which allows a better heat transfer and positively affects the performance of the equipment.
